Palm Shore hardscape projects run $15 to $100+ per square foot across pool decks, paver patios, walkways and driveways in Bluffton, Hilton Head Island, Okatie, Beaufort, Hardeeville and Ridgeland. Where your project lands depends on the material, the size, any demolition, the base and drainage work, and features like coping, walls and fire pits. Every project starts with a free site visit and a fixed written quote.

Five things move the price: the material (concrete pavers versus travertine, marble or porcelain), whether an old deck or slab has to come out, how much base and drainage work the site needs, features like coping, steps, seating walls and fire pits, and access to the yard. A simple open patio sits near $15 per square foot; a full pool deck renovation in premium stone sits at $100+.

At $15 to $100+ per square foot, a 500 sq ft project runs roughly $7,500 to $50,000+. Concrete pavers on a level, open site land near the bottom of that range; travertine, marble or porcelain with demolition, new coping and drainage work land near the top. Your exact number comes from a free site visit and a fixed written quote.

No. After the free site visit you receive a fixed written price for the scope, materials and features we agreed on, and it doesn't change once work begins. The only time a price moves is if you ask us to add to or change the project, and we put that in writing before doing the work.

Yes. A deposit is collected when the contract is signed to schedule the crew and order materials; the balance schedule is written into the contract. Details are confirmed in your quote.
