These terms apply to your use of the Palm Shore Hardscapes & Design website. By browsing this site or submitting an estimate request, you agree to them. Work we carry out for you is governed by a separate written contract, which takes precedence over anything on this page.
Use of This Website
You may use this site to learn about our services and to contact us about a project. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, copy its content for commercial use, or use it in any way that disrupts it for others.
Quotes and Estimates
Prices, price ranges, timelines, and service descriptions on this site are indicative and do not constitute a binding offer. Any figure we give before a site visit is an estimate. A binding price is provided only in a written quote or contract following an assessment of your property.
Services and Contracts
Hardscape design and construction work is carried out under a separate written agreement covering scope, price, payment schedule, timeline, and warranty. Where anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies. Our one-year structural and cosmetic warranty is described on our Warranty page and in your contract; the contract version controls.
Permits and Community Approvals
We prepare drawings and submittals for Architectural Review Boards, HOAs, and municipal permitting as part of our projects. Approval decisions and timelines belong to those bodies, not to us, and we cannot guarantee an outcome or a date.
Project Imagery
Photographs and renderings on this site may show completed Palm Shore projects, reference imagery, or representative examples. Finished work varies with each property, site conditions, and the materials selected. Images should not be read as a promise of a specific result.
Intellectual Property
The content on this site — including text, photographs, drawings, designs, and the Palm Shore Hardscapes & Design name and palm logo — belongs to Palm Shore Hardscapes & Design or its licensors. You may not reproduce or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Third-Party Links and Tools
