Crew Lead / Paver Installer
Full-time · Bluffton, SC
$35–$40/hr
Experienced installer to lead paver, travertine, and porcelain installation on pool decks, patios, and walkways. You'll set base, screed, lay pattern, cut, and finish to a high-end standard, and help direct crew members on site.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of paver or hardscape installation experience
- Comfortable reading layouts and setting grade
- Experience with coping, steps, or wall systems a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to lift 75 lbs and work outdoors in Lowcountry conditions
Hardscape Crew Member
Full-time · Bluffton, SC
$25–$28/hr
Entry-level to experienced crew members to support installation — excavation, base prep, material handling, cutting, joint sanding, and site cleanup. No hardscape experience required; we train on the job and promote from within.
What we're looking for
- Reliable, on time, and willing to learn
- Able to lift 75 lbs and work outdoors in heat
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Construction or landscaping experience a plus, not required
