Palm Shore · Bluffton, SC(843) 338-7417

Palm Shore builds every project in four stages — a free site visit, a scaled design with a fixed written quote, base construction engineered for coastal soil, and installation finished with a walkthrough and a one-year warranty. ARB and HOA drawings are handled in the design stage.

Review Boards, Handled

Most Lowcountry gated communities require Architectural Review Board approval before hardscape work begins. Palm Shore prepares the site plan, material samples, color selections, and specifications your board wants to see — and we've been through the process in most of the area's communities. We handle the submission and follow up, so you don't have to chase paperwork.

Still Have Questions?

Not sure where to start? Talk with Palm Shore about your property, your ideas, and your timeline — before you commit to anything.

We walk the property with you, measure, look at drainage and access, and talk through what you want the space to become. From that visit we produce a scaled layout, material selections, and a fixed-price quote. Site visits are free.

Site visits are usually scheduled within a few days. Start dates depend on the season and on any ARB or HOA approval your community requires; spring and early summer book fastest. We give you a start date when you approve the quote.

The same Palm Shore crew from start to finish, led by the person who did your site visit. Utility trades for gas and electrical are coordinated by us.

Yes. Permits run through the Town of Bluffton, Town of Hilton Head Island, City of Beaufort, Hardeeville, Ridgeland, or the county depending on the address. We handle the application as part of the project.

We walk every surface with you, confirm joints, coping, drainage, and finishes, explain sealing and maintenance, and start your one-year warranty from that date.
