Project Overview — Venture Apartments
A commercial pool deck project in Bluffton, completed in partnership with Year Round Pools to add the finishing touches at Venture Apartments. We extended the pool deck with shell stone pavers to create a sun-chair lounge area, built a circular shell stone fire pit on the deck, and added shell stone pool coping to give the pool its final character. The shell stone came from LowCountry Pavers, a local family-owned company — we build for the Bluffton community with Bluffton-made products.
